摘要
目的建立静晕灵的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对静晕灵合剂中的白术、当归、川芎、葛根、黄芩进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量。结果在薄层色谱中白术、当归、川芎、葛根均能检出;高效液相色谱法测得芍药苷在0.02~0.10mg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=09991。平均回收率为99.57%,RSD为0.37%(n=9)。结论该法简便,准确,专属性强,能有效控制静晕灵合剂的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for jingyunling Mixture. METHODS Active ingredients of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, Angelica sinensis Diels, Ligusticum wallichii, Pueraria lobata (Willd.)Ohwi, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were identified by TLC,and the content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz, Angelica sinensis Diels, Ligusticum wallichii, Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were all detected by TLC. Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 02-0. 1mg ·mL^-1 , r =0. 999 1. The average recovery was 99, 57%and RSD was 0. 37% ( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate. It had a good specificity and could control the quality of the Jingyunling Mixture effectively.
