思林水电站冲沙底孔设计优化

摘要 思林水电站取消冲沙底孔是该工程的重大设计优化之一,它对工程建设缩短工期、降低投资、保证生态流量起到了显著的效果。本文介绍了思林水电站冲沙底孔设计优化思路的提出,着重论述了取消冲沙底孔的可行性以及冲沙底孔在工程运用中的非必要性,并简要介绍了取消冲沙底孔后的蓄水计划、对工程运行的影响以及解决方案,最终从工程建设投资、工期等方面作出了客观评价。文章在一定程度上理清了工程建设过程中优化的思路,对工程建设过程中的设计优化提出、论证、实施提供了参考及帮助。 Canceling the flushing bottom outlet is one of the result of shortening the time limit for the project and reduces important design optimization. It achieves remarkable the investment, and guarantees the ecological flow. The article introduces the thought process for design optimization of flushing bottom outlet in Silin Hydropower Station, emphatically expounds the feasibility of canceling flushing bottom outlet and the non necessity of flushing bottom outlet in engineering application, as well as briefly introduces the water storage plan, the effect to engineering operating and settlement after canceling flushing bottom outlet, and finally makes a objective appraise from investment and time limit for project.
