摘要
目的和方法:用生理盐水灌洗大鼠的腹腔和肺泡,收集腹腔与肺泡巨噬细胞,37℃培养2h后测定脂质过氧化物的含量和酸性磷酸酶的活力。结果:腹腔和肺泡巨噬细胞内脂质过氧化物的水平与酸性磷酸酶的活力均可被环磷酰胺和细脚拟青霉所调节,其中环磷酰胺使脂质过氧化物水平升高,酸性磷酸酶活力降低,细脚拟青霉则反之,使脂质过氧化物水平下降,酸性磷酸酶活力升高。结论:巨噬细胞内脂质过氧化物水平与酸性磷酸酶活力呈负相关,且可被免疫抑制剂和免疫激活剂所调节。
AIM and METHODS:The relation and regulation of lipid peroxides (LPO) level and acid phosphatase (ACP) activity in peritoneal macrophage (PMΦ) and alveolar macrophage (AMΦ) of rats were studied. After PMΦ and AMΦ of rats were irrigated by normal saline and collected by centrifuge and 2 h in a humidified incubator at 37 ℃, LPO level and ACP activity in PMΦ and AMΦ were detected by biochemical methods. RESULTS: The ACP activity was decreased, while the LPO level was increased in the PMΦ and AMΦ of rats administered with cyclophosphamide. However, the ACP actvity was increased, while the LPO level was decreased in the PMΦ and AMΦ of rats administered orally with paecilomyces tenuipes water extract .CONCLUSION: The level of LPO was negatively related to the activity of ACP, and it was regulated by immunomodulators.
