苦荞麦中赖氨酸含量测定研究

The Determination of Lysine Content in F.esculentum(L.) Gaerth

采用茚三酮显色法,以苦荞麦中赖氨酸得率为考察指标,测定了十二种苦荞麦种子中赖氨酸的含量,结果表明,不同种的苦荞麦种子中赖氨酸含量存在着一定的差异。其中,六盘水地区荞麦赖氨酸含量较高。

With ninhydrin coloration,the yield of lysine by F.esculentum （L.）Gaerth index,determined the lysine content in 12 F.eseulentum （L.）Gaerth seeds.It turns out that the lysine content in different species of F.esculentum（L.）Gaerth seeds have some differences.Among them,the high content of lysine F.esculentum（L.） Gaerth in Liupanshui area provides some reference for development and utilization in the future.
