摘要
普通高校大学生根据自身兴趣爱好选取运动项目,参加以身体练习为主的各种形式的课外体育活动,采用《国家学生体质健康标准》测试评价方法,研究普通高校课外体育活动对学生体质健康的影响。结果表明:学生们在课外有组织地进行运动训练能有效增强体质,增强心肺功能,提高身体素质。
College students in regular institutions of higher learning choose sports events by their own interests and hobbies, and take part in multiform extracurricular sports activities dominated by body exercise. In this article the author studies the effect of extracurricular sports activities on student' physical health in regular institutions of higher learning , y using the testing and estimating physical health standard. It has been found that,college students' taking ways in National student's part in systematically sports training outside classs can effectively strengthen physique, toughen cardiopulmonary function, and enhance physical quality.
