摘要
外语教学改革成败的关键因素是教师;高素质的教师是通过教师专业发展成长起来的;高素质的教师不但具有深厚的学科知识、系统的教育学、语言学理论,而且具有在教学实践中运用这些理论的能力。外语教师通过系统的、有目的的观察和研究自己与他人的教学,把所学的教学理论和教学实践结合起来,发现问题,解决问题,提高教学效果,让自己的专业持续发展。
Teacher quality is the key element to determine the success in foreign language teaching reformation;High qualified teachers stem from their professional development;High qualified teachers acquire not only rich academic knowledge,systematic pedagogic and linguistic theories,but also know how to practice these theories in teaching;by systematic,purposeful observation and research his own and others' teaching,practice the theories in his teaching,a foreign language teacher can find problems and solve them to raise his teaching efficiency and impel his professional development.
