SrLaAlO_4晶体掺Co^(2+)离子的吸收光谱解释

Investigation of the Optical Spectra for Co^(2+) ions in SrLaAlO_4 Crystal

摘要 采用赵、杜提出的半自洽场(semi-SCF)d-轨道波函数模型,利用强场四角图象近似,解释了掺杂晶体SrLaAlO4:Co2+的吸收光谱。计算结果表明:18830 cm-1不是一条双中心跃迁,而是4E(4T1,e2t25)态对基态的跃迁;理论分析结果与实验值吻合较好。 In a tetragonal strong-field approximation,the optical spectra in the vicinity of substitutional Co2+ impurities in SrLaAlO4 compound is investigated by means of Zhao's Semi-SCF d-orbit Wave Functions model of free Co 2+ ions.It is found that the transition 18830 cm-1 is not a two-electron transition but 4E(4T1,e2t52) to ground state,Good agreement between the results and the experimental findings is attained.
