摘要
用CFD软件FLUENT对载体间隙不同的3种催化转换器的速度场、压力场进行了三维稳态流动数值模拟。模拟结果显示:载体之间的间隙对催化转换器的气流分布有很大影响;对于同一长度的载体,载体间隙增大,催化转化器内的速度分布趋向不均匀,压力损失会稍微增大。
In this article,multi-dimensional numerical simulation in three different vector spaces for velocity and pressure field of steady flows in Catalytic Converter was performed by using computational fluid dynamic method(CFD).Simulation results show that the gap between the carriers has a great impact on the flows of the Catalytic Converter.For the carrier of the same length,when the vector space enlarges,the velocity distribution within Catalytic Converter will be more uneven and the pressure loss will slightly increase.
