摘要
对啤酒花多酚的提取及多酚类物质对DPPH自由基的清除作用进行了研究。通过单因素试验和响应面优化得到最佳的工艺条件为:丙酮浓度64%,提取温度52℃,料液比1∶24,以该优化条件提取1h啤酒花中多酚类物质时,其提取值达到最大,为49.25 mg/g。同时检测其对DPPH自由基的清除效果,可知啤酒花中多酚类物质对DPPH自由基的清除率EC50为28.913μg/mL。
The extraction of hop polyphenol and the scavenging function for DPPH radical are researched in this paper.The optimal processing condition was attained by single-factor test and RSM.When acetone concentration is 64%,the extraction temperature is 52 degrees and the ratio of material to solvent is 1 to 24.Extracted for an hour in this optimized condition,the polyphenol maximum value is 49.25 mg/g.At the same time,the scavenging effect for DPPH radical is tested.The result indicates that the scavenging rate EC50(Half elimination concentration) of polyphenol material in hop for DPPH free radical is 28.913μg/mL.
