我国知识城市构建中的评价与监控系统研究

Study on the Evaluation and Monitoring System in the Construction of Knowledge City in China

知识城市是21世纪城市可持续发展的一种全新理念,建立以知识为城市发展导向的知识城市已经成为城市化发展的一条重要路径。在总结国内外知识城市研究的基础上,根据我国自身现实条件,从知识资本、工具资本、金融资本和环境资本四个方面构建了一套符合中国实际情况的"本土化"评价体系模型,同时也为城市的建设提供了一套"未来瞭望塔"的监控系统。

The Knowledge City is a new concept of sustainable development of the 21st century.To establish ways of knowledge-oriented urban development has become an important path in the process of urbanization.On the basis of summary of studies on the ＂knowledge city＂ at home and abroad,the article built a set of ＂localization＂ model of evaluation system in line with China＇s actual conditions,which includes four aspects as follows： intellectual capital,instrumental capital,financial capital and environmental capital,meanwhile a set of monitoring systems of ＂future tower＂ for city＇s construction are provided.
