Discussion on Government-dominated Rural Education Community

文章在分析农村教育资源的分散状态的基础上,构建一种新的教育资源整合机制——政府主导型农村教育共同体,其基本路径为:一是深入宣传引导发动,二是实行社会各界联动,三是努力形成各自特色,四是强化具体活动支撑。初步实践证明,农村教育共同体是政府公共管理职能改革的必然,它能够优化教育资源配置,为新时期青少年健康成长构建更加完整的空间。

This essay establishes the government- dominated rural education system, a new system that integrates all education resources, on the basis of analyzing the dispersed state of education resource in rural area. The initial practice indicates the rural education community is the necessary result of reform of government public administration, which could optimize the allocation of education resources in order to provide better space to the healthy development of young people in the 21st century.
