"委托—代理"关系是指任何一种涉及非对称信息的交易,交易中有信息优势的一方称为代理人,另一方称为委托人。"委托—代理"理论是继产权理论后教育经济学界所关注的又一热点问题。教师与学校管理者在"委托—代理"关系中存在道德风险、逆向选择等问题,严重影响教师工作的积极性和主动性,进而影响学校的教学效率。为此,必须建立有效的激励机制,包括合理设计报酬、赋予教师权利、给予教师精神关怀等。
Principal- agency relationship means that any kinds of trade that related to asymmetric information, the party who enjoys advantage of information is called agent, and another party is principal. It is a hotspot for educational economics concerned by the principal - agency theory of post - educational economy era. There are moral risk and the problems of adverse selection in the principal - agency relationship between teachers and school administrators. It has a great impact on teachers' enthusiasm and initiative, and also on the educational efficiency in school. Therefore, a series of stimulus mechanism should be developed, such as reasonable reward, giving right and spiritual concemto teachers.
