摘要
采用浸提法对佛肚竹中黄酮类物质的提取条件进行了研究。通过单因素和正交试验得出提取的影响因素顺序为:乙醇浓度>提取温度>提取时间>液料比;最佳提取条件为以70%乙醇为溶剂,1∶15的液料比,70℃下浸提90 min。实验还研究了测量黄酮类含量的影响因素及解决办法。
In this paper the flavonoids in bambusa ventricosa mcclure leaf has been extracted.By single factor and orthogonal experiments the best conditions have been obtained which can be written as: 70%ethanol,ratio of material to solution(w:v)1∶15,extracted for 90 minutes at 70℃.The factors influencing extraction of flavone were in order as follows: concertration of alcohol temperature extracted time ratio of material to solution.The effectors of measuring quantity of flavonoids and the treatment method have been also studied.
