摘要
为实现螺纹剪切式吸能装置在实车上的应用,克服其原自适应吸能电控系统中电机位置与实车结构的不匹配性,以及双电机传动导致的异步现象,依据实车众泰2008的车型特点,重新调整电机位置、设计传动方案,实现了吸能装置在实车上的同步传动。结果表明,该传动系统的设计降低了吸能装置电控系统实车化的设计难度,方便了吸能装置在实车上的安装与应用。
To achieve application of the thread shear car collision energy Absorption device in the vehicle,overcome that its original self-adaptive electronic control system of energy Absorption motor position does not match the vehicle structure,and overcome the asynchronous phenomenon caused by dual-motor,based on the feature of vehicle ZOTYE 2008,we re-adjusted the motor position and design transmission solution,and finally,we achieved the synchronized transmission of the energy Absorption device in the vehicle.The results show that the design of this drive system reducesd the design difficulty of the energy Absorption device electric control system,and facilitated the installation and application of the energy Absorption device in the vehicle.
