九节茶栽培品中指标成分含量的动态分析研究

Study on Dynamic Change of Content of Index Components of Cultivated Sarcandra glabra

目的对九节茶栽培品中指标成分异秦皮啶的动态分析研究,确定栽培九节茶的最佳采收期。方法采用热浸法提取,高效液相色谱法分别测定不同采收月份栽培九节茶的水溶性浸出物及异秦皮啶的含量。结果栽培九节茶浸出物1～9月份逐渐升高,9月份达到高峰,异秦皮啶含量在1～10月份逐渐增加,10月份达到峰值,两指标在11～12月份稍微降低。结论栽培九节茶药材的最佳采收期为9～10月。

Objective To research the dynamic change of the content of index components of cultivated Sarcandra glabra, and determine the optimal collection period. Methods The contents of water - soluble extractives and isofraxidin of different month that cultivated Sarcandra glabra were determined by hot extraction method and HPLC respectively. Results The content of extractives gradually increased from January to September and reached its peak ; the content of isofraxidin gradually increased from January to October and reached its peak; and they both decreased in November and December. Conclusion The optimal collection period of cultivated Sarcandra glabra is September and October.
