本院中药不良反应报告分析

Analysis of Adverse Reaction Reports of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the First Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zhanjiang

目的分析本院中药不良反应的发生特点,探讨不良反应发生的相关因素。方法采用Excel电子表和手工筛选,对本院2006～2009年收集的156例中药不良反应报告进行分类统计分析。结果 156例不良反应报告中,共涉及药品63种,给药途径5种,其中以静脉滴注不良反应发生率最高,达72.44%,主要的不良反应类型以皮肤及附件损害发生率最高,达38.46%,其次为消化系统、神经系统、心血管系统损害等。结论必须重视中药的不良反应,应采取有效措施,防止中药不良反应的发生,确保用药安全、有效。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine, and study the related factors which caused the adverse reactions. Methods The reports of 156 cases adverse reactions of Chinese medicine collected from 2006 to 2009 in our hospital through excel spreadsheet and manual screening were classified and analyzed statistically. Results Of those 156 cases of adverse reaction reports, a total of 63 kinds of drugs and 5 routes of administration were involved, in which intravenous infusion was the highest incidence of adverse reactions, up to 72.44%. The main type of adverse reaction incidence was skin and appendages damage（38.46% ）, followed by digestive system, nervous system, cardiovascular system damage and so on. Conclusion We must pay attention to adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine, and take effective measures to prevent its occurrence, and to ensure its safe and effective application.
