With the development of knowledge economy and information age,the demand for the library＇s books and reference materials and information is getting larger and larger,the demand for the library＇s effectiveness stronger and stronger,and the demand for the library＇s service higher and higher.It is the most important task for the library at present to provide the readers with high-grade literature information and convenient,quick and highly effective service.The article elaborates the necessity,superiority and some essential conditions for the university libraries to carry out the ＂one-stop＂ service pattern.
