摘要
在实现区域经济一体化的过程中,区域合作将成为城市发展战略的主导方向。同城化是一种实现良性区域合作的新型制度安排。文章以广佛同城化为例,首先分析了同城化生成所需要的基础条件和动力机制,进而对同城化内置的一些基础的制度设计问题做了分析。
In the process of integrating the regional economies,regional coopertaion will be the leading way that city development strategy is guided. Neighbour city integration is a new institution through which good regional cooperation can be realized. This paper,taking Guangzhou-Foshan integration as an example,analyzes the basic conditions and operating mechanism requested by manufacturing of the integrated city. Further studies on a series of questions on basic institution design within the neighbour city integration are also conducted.
