电网谐波与无功功率的综合治理分析

摘要 针对柳州五菱柳机动力公司目前的两台中频炉的两路10 kV进线侧功率因数不达标、谐波污染严重的现象,为确保电网和电气设备的安全经济运行,采用由有源电力滤波器和高通滤波器组成的动态谐波治理和无功补偿综合解决的方法,与负载并联使用;从而对谐波和无功同时进行动态跟踪补偿。此次实践,实现了高电压、大电流的混合式有源滤波,提高了能源利用率,确保了电网和电气设备的安全经济运行。 Liuzhou Wuling Liuji Power Co.,Ltd.,currently has two intermediate frequency furnace,Two stove 10 kV incoming line side power factor is not up to,Harmonic pollution is serious phenomenon.To ensure the power grid and electrical equipment,safety and ecomonic operation,Used by the active power filter and high-pass filter composed of a dynamic harmonic control and reactive power compensation solutions,Parallel use of the load;simultaneously tracking and compensating for Harmonic and reactive power;the practice of compensation,Achieve high voltage,high current hybrid active filter,Greatly improved energy efficiency,ensure that the power grid and electrical equipment,safety and economic operation.
