摘要
基于热网络技术,对发动机的轴承腔在实际工况条件下的温度场分布进行了研究,在对固体结构件、润滑油的热物性参数分析、工况条件和边界条件分析的基础上,通过求解包含23个节点温度值的方程组,获得了轴承腔的稳态温度场分布。
By taking one type of aviation engine bearing cavity system as a study object,this paper establishes the thermal balance equations by space thermal network method,and builds up the power loss models,heat transfer coefficient models,heat resistance models respectively.With resolving coefficient matrix of the equation combination,the paper obtains the steady state temperature field of bearing cavity system.
