摘要
针对平面度的在线检测,提出一种基于三角网格模型的检测方法,根据检测对象(平面)的网格模型,对该研究所涉及到的测点分布、检测路径的设计、平面度误差的计算等关键问题进行了研究,为检测系统的研发提供了技术支持,并通过实验验证了其可行性。
Online test for flatness,triangular mesh model is proposed based on the detection method,according to test object(plane) of the grid model,the Institute involved in distribution of measurement points to detect the path of design,graphic Error Calculation of key issues such as research,research and development for the detection system to provide technical support,and its feasibility is verified by experiments.
