摘要
设计制作了一种保护电路,当设备在使用中,因工件被卡而出现物料传送转盘电机堵转时,转盘电机能自动调整运行方式,在不影响物料传送的前提下,化解了堵转现象,避免电机烧坏,改装后实验及使用表明,此电路效果良好。
Designed and produced a kind of protection circuit,when the dragon YL-235 optic-mechanical integration equipment in use,and by card for workpiece material transfer rotor motor stall,rotary motor can automatically adjust the operation mode,the material under the premise of transmission,dissolve the stall phenomenon,avoid motor burn after modification experiments and practical,good results indicate that the circuit.
