摘要
】介绍了一种新型透射式光纤甲烷传感器。在不存在透射膜时,由于甲烷对光吸收系数较小,吸收长度较短,光强的变化不够明显。通过研究制备一种纳米级多孔透射膜,大大增强了甲烷气体对光线的吸收。
It is introduced in this paper a new transmision tyre optial fiber sensor with porous film.With normal optical fiber sensor system it isn't sensitive to detect Mthane,because the absorption coefficient of methane is small.When the length of absorption is short,the varity of the light intensity isn't obvivas.With a kiud of porous film the absorbtion has risem greatly.
