摘要
毛细管离子分析法是90年代初发展起来的一个新的毛细管电泳技术,简称CIA法。运用CIA法检测生活饮用水中的常见阴离子,能获得较高的精密度和准确度;其检测限除亚硝酸盐氮外,均低于国家标准方法;样品的前处理十分简单,只需用0.45um溶解性过滤膜过滤即可进样;方法的分析速度很快,在五分钟内可将阴离子完全分离,另外运用此方法还免去了含量较高的碳酸根离子,以及阳离子和有机酸的干扰。毛细管离子分析法将会以进样体积小、柱效高、分离速度快、高灵敏度、高自动化等特点,成为重要的离子分析技术。
Capillary ions analysis (CIA) is a new capillary electrophoresis technique developed in early 90's . By using CIA .negative ions usually seen in drinking water can be detected more precisely and accurately. Besides nitrite the detection limits are all below the national standard method. The preconditioning of the sample is very simple. For injection,only 0. 45um soluble filtration membrance for filtration is needed. The analysis is also rapid. Complete separation of the ions can be made within five minutes. Because of its small amount of adding specimen, high column efficiency, rapid separation ,high activity and high automaticity,CIA will become an important ion analysis method.
