摘要
观察分析了轧变形区形貌特征,研究了不同方向粗糙度对轧制润滑的影响.在轧制变形区并存边界润滑和流体动压润滑;轧辊与轧件的塑性挤压边界接触是获得高光亮表面的发票条件.轧后件表面粗糙Ra和丰满度K趋向于满足一定润滑条件的最佳值.
Surface morphology characteristics of deformed area are observed by scanning microscope and influence of roughness in different orientation on rolling lubrication is studied. Boundary lubrication and PHD is coexisted in deformed area. It is essential condition to get refined rolling surface, which the roller is contacted rolled in boundary lubrication each other. Surface roughness Ra and plenty K after rolling tend to the optimum value meeting the needs of certain lubrication condition.
