摘要
本文对研究开发的一种机械密封新型磨擦副材料WC-NiP合金的磨擦损特性进行了研究.考察了在水润滑条件下WC-NiP/石墨配对的磨擦性能,以及在3%NaCl和10%HCl溶液中的腐蚀损性能,并与WC-Co合金作了对比.结果表明:在水及3%NaCl溶液中两种WC材料有相近的磨擦损特性,而在10%HCl溶液中WC-NiP合金的腐蚀磨损性能则远优于WC-Co.
In this paper, the friction and wear characteristics of a new WC - NiP alloy mechanical sealing material of friction pans are studied. The friction property of WC - Nip/graphite in water lubricant, and the wearability in 3% NaCl solution and in 10% HCl solution are analyzed and compared with WC - Co alloy. The results show that the friction and wear charactenstics of two matenals are close in water and in 3% NaCl solution, but the wearability of WC - NiP alloy is better than WC - Co by far
