摘要 本文介绍利用测试总拉深力和极限拉深比的实验方法,研究拉深用润滑剂的粘度和凹模圆角半径对拉深成形工艺的影响.从实验中发现具有相同成份添加剂的润滑剂,只要提高基础油的粘度即可改善其拉深性能.这一结果对实际生产过程中具有一定的参考价值. In this paper, the method of measuring total drawing force and limit drawing ratio is applied to test the performance of the drawing lubricant. The research shows how the drawing process are affected by varied circular bead radius of cavity die and viscosity of lubricant. The results show that raising the lubricant viscosity will improve the drawing performance of the lubricant.
