加强辅导员队伍建设对于高职院校可持续发展具有重要意义,本文基于高职院校辅导员队伍的现状分析,认为应从环境优化、人才培养和职业发展三个方面系统构建高职院校辅导员队伍培养体系。

Instructor team construction is considerably important for sustainable development of vocational college.According to the analysis of the status quo of vocational college instructor team,suggestions of building instructor team from the three aspects of environment optimization,talent cultivation and career development were discussed.
