摘要 目的:探讨自组装短肽纳米纤维凝胶支架可能的创伤修复机制并验证其修复效果。方法:以短肽纳米纤维为修复原料,利用深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度皮肤烧伤动物模型,验证生物材料对烧伤创面的影响。结果:RADA16-Ⅰ处理组烧伤创面及其周围正常组织的毛发生长旺盛(P<0.05),在烧伤后急性修复期(24h)创面根部毛囊和腺体中角蛋白19强表达。结论:自组装短肽纳米纤维凝胶支架对深度烧伤皮肤创面毛发等附属器官有保护及促进作用。 Objective:To explore the effect of peptide RADA16-I on aesthetic repair of burn wounds. Methods:Observed regeneration of hair and glands after repair by means of RADA16-Ⅰdressing utilizing deep Ⅱ degree and Ⅲ degree skin burn wounds as models. Results:The hairs of burn wounds and around normal organization were vigorous growth in RADA16-Ⅰ group(P0.05) ,keratin 19 of wounds root hair follicle and glands was strong expression in acute repair stage(24 h) after burn. Conclusion:Hair growth on the deep burn wound after repair is more vigorous by means of RADA16-Ⅰ compared with those utilizing other biological materials.
