摘要
在三维弹性接触边界元法的基础上,根据轧辊轴承的特点,采用面力子单元法解析轧辊轴承负荷特性。本方法综合考虑了轧辊轴承内外圈和中间滚子的弹性变形,对于中间滚子弹性变形计算,运用了Hertz接触公式,从而使计算程序大为简化,而且还能达到较高计算精度,为进一步研究提高轴承寿命方法和技术提供可靠的理论依据和解析轧辊轴承负荷特性的有效数值方法。
Based on the BEM for three dimensional elastic contact problem and according to the peculiarities of roller bearing, authors have solved the peculiarities of loading on roller bearing with a traction sub element method. This method takes in consideration of all the elastic deformation of both inside and outside rings of roller bearing and also all rollers between them. About the elastic deformation calculation of all rollers, authors have adopted Hertz contact formula, which makes calculation program simple and precision high This paper provides a feasible theory basis and a valid mathematical method of computing peculiarities of loading on roller bearing for further study method and technology of increasing roller bearing life.
