安全型静脉留置针在创伤性休克患者中的临床应用

Clinical application of safety intravenous indwelling needle for the traumatic shock patients

目的探讨安全型静脉留置针在创伤性休克患者中的临床应用。方法对120例创伤性休克患者进行恰当型号的安全型静脉留置针穿刺，对其效果进行观察。结果为创伤性休克患者的抢救赢得时间，提高输液安全性，护理人员针刺伤发生率为零。结论安全型静脉留置针的应用，能减少重复穿刺，保护静脉，能重复多次给药，提高工作效率，确保抢救成功。同时减少针刺伤，保障护理职业的安全性。

Objective To probe into the clinical application of safety intravenous indwelling needle for the traumatic shock patients. Methods The safety intravenous indwelling needle puncture with proper size was implemented on 120 cases traumatic shock patients, then observing the effect. Results It wined time for the rescuing of traumatic shock patients and improved the safety of perfusion with zero incurrence of needle - damage in nurses. Conclusion The application of safety intravenous indwelling needle can decrease the repeated puncture, protect the vein, make the repeated administration of medication possible,improve the work effectiveness,guarantee the successful rescuing and drop the needle injury, then guaranteeing the safety of nursing occupation.
