摘要
阐述了进给速度自动控制原理,介绍了几种常见的快趋及进给速度自动控制方法,并对TAC控制系统进行反复试验,结果表明,配备这一系统的磨床使用效果良好,不仅能快速消除磨削空程,而且磨削效率和磨削精度都有很大提高。附图5 幅。
The automatic control principle of feed velocity is expounded, and some kind of common methods of fast forward feed to the workpiece surface and automatic control of feed velocity are introduced. The test for TAC control system was carried out repeatedly, and the result showed that the operating effect of grinding machine outfitted this system is fine; it not only can eliminate grinding gap fast, but also can greatly raise grinding effciency and grinding accuracy.
