摘要
①目的研究急性缺血性脑卒中患者的可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)变化规律,探讨其与脑卒中的相关性。②方法采用病例对照研究设计,应用双抗体ELISA法动态测定135例急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清中sICAM-1的含量,以140例同期健康体检者作为对照。③结果急性缺血性脑卒中患者发病24小时内血清sICAM-1水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),在发病24小时~1周呈上升趋势,1周~2周内呈下降趋势,但2周时sICAM-1水平仍高于对照组;大梗死灶缺血性脑卒中患者血清sICAM-1浓度明显高于中、小梗死灶组(P<0.01);有高血压病史的脑卒中患者的血清sICAM-1浓度明显高于无高血压病史的脑卒中患者(P<0.01)。④结论 sI-CAM-1与急性缺血性脑卒中密切相关,参与了脑卒中缺血性损伤的发生、发展过程。
Objective To investigate the change regularity of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) expression in patients with acute ischemic stroke,and explore the relationship with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Using Case-control study,Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was employed to detect sICAM-1 in 135 cases with acute ischemic stroke and 40 heath examination as control group.Results The level of serum sICAM-1 in patients with acute ischemic stroke at 24 hours after the onset was higher than normal controls(P0.05),and which in patients group increased from 24 hours to 1 week,then decreased from 1 week to 2 weeks,but it was still higher than that in normal control group in 2 weeks;The level of serum sICAM-1 was significant higher in the patients with large cerebral infarction than that in patients with medium and small cerebral infarction(P0.01) and which with hypertension was significantly higher than that without hypertension(P0.01).Conclusion sICAM-1 may be closely related to the development of acute ischemic stroke and play important role in pathological procedure of cerebral damage after cerebral infarction.
