摘要
介绍了在功能结构要求的基础上确立设计方案,采用关系建模法建立产品装配模型,并利用装配规划理论,对装配模型进行预顺序配置,产生预设计零件的雏形,确定出零件的功能关系及特征关系,以及实现零件信息与装配信息的准确描述等,并以实例说明了它们的应用。
This article introduces a kind of design plan based on function structural requirements, adopts relation model method to establish assembly model of product, utilizes assembly planning principle to conduct sequence plans in advance, produces an embryonic form of design part, determines the function and feature relations, and realizes the part information and assembly information description of accuracy. An example is given to show the application of the method.
