卫生用农药领域的拓新

The Current Situation and Development Perspective of Public Health Pesticides

自1997年以来,中国卫生用农药登记产品和数量发生飞跃性变化,近年登记产品的累计数量基本呈稳步上升的发展态势。目前卫生用农药有96个品种,涉及50多种剂型,取得登记的产品已有2 200多个,涉及近800家生产企业,行业年产值超过85亿元。近年加强了卫生用农药管理法令的制定和使用和登记管理。介绍了卫生用农药未来将朝着环保方向——提高溶剂的质量、限制全氟碳化合物表面活性剂的使用和水基化剂型——发展,政府鼓励开发生物卫生农药。

Public health pesticides（PHPs） are specific products used indoors or outdoors and public place for the control of vector to protect people heath.PHPs play a key role in the control of many insect vector borne diseases.Chinese Pesticide Management Regulations,which has been issued and implemented since 1997 and is a signal for pesticide management to the way of legal track, stipulates clearly that PHPs are regulated as pesticide in China.This regulation is an important landmark for the development of PHPs in China.In recent years,pesticide registration system in China has been continuously improved,and as a consequence,PHPs management is promoted significantly and orderly,innovation and development of PHPs industry has been push forward rapidly. Chinese PHPs industry has been made a great-leap-forward development since the foundation of the P.R.of China.Especially since 1997,the variety and number of registered PHPs has jumped.In the article,the current situation of the development of PHPs in China was analyzed from the aspects of active ingredient,formulations,sales value,number and distribution of registered products in different provinces.In order to enhance PHPs management,a series of new policies and measures have been issued by the authority of pesticide management,such as pesticide name management,recording systems for PHPs Fragrance,safety review and control,etc. The article highlighted the main development perspective of PHPs in China,and pointed out the priorities should be promoting the development of water-based products,improving quality of solvent oil,encouraging research in developing biogenic pesticides,such as botanical pesticides,microbe pesticides and insect growth regulators. With the improvement of people＇s living standards,global warming,pest reproduction and change,it has been more challenging to control vector.As an important way to control vector,PHPs are mainly used at the domain of household and public health,and the people exposed to PHPs are most sensitive.A higher demand for the quality and safety of PHPs is raised,hence,it＇s urgent to strengthen the development and research of new products of vector control according to market＇s demand,and innovate technology of vector control,so as to improve the national ability of health and epidemic prevention in China.
