关于国家软科学研究计划发展的几点思考

软科学在我国决策科学化、民主化的进程中起到了十分重要的作用。国家软科学研究计划作为我国软科学研究的重要组成部分正处于发展的关键时期。本文在对国家软科学研究计划现状分析基础上,着重探讨了国家软科学研究计划当前存在的问题及原因,提出了国家软科学研究计划未来发展的对策建议。

Soft science is playing an important role in the scientific decision-making and democratization process in China. It is a critical period for the development of the national soft science program, which is the most important component of soft science research in China. Based on the study on the status of the national soft science program, this paper explores the main problems and factors that hinder the development of the national soft science program, and puts forward the countermeasures for the national soft science program in its development and reformation plans in the future.
