高新技术企业专利分布特点及其对策研究——基于天津的实证分析

High-tech Enterprises’ Patent Distribution Characteristics and its Countermeasures——an Empirical Analysis of Tianjin

本文在回顾我国高新技术企业专利相关研究的基础上,以天津高新技术企业自主知识产权调研数据为依据,分析了高新技术企业的专利持有情况,总结了其分布的4个结构性特点:集中度高、内外资不平衡、领域不平衡、国际化水平低。探讨了出现结构性差异的深度原因,最后对下一步研究方向进行了展望。

On the basis of reviewing the high-tech enterprises patents related studies in China, this paper analyzes the patents holding situation of high-tech enterprises, using the investigation data of Tianjin high-tech enterprises＇ independent intellectual property. And the paper puts forward four structural characteristics of distribution, such as： high concentration, the imbalance between domestic and foreign fund enterprises, the imbalance in the fields, low-level internationalization. Then this paper discusses the deep-seated reason of the structural differences emerging. Finally, some problems are further studied in this article.
