摘要 在创新型国家建设中,TRIZ理论作为创新方法,其推广模式和策略已引起各省市的高度关注,本文以国家首批试点省份——黑龙江省为例,深入分析其推广TRIZ理论工作进展及有关经验,其设计推广TRIZ理论的战略安排,并基于不同战略阶段,分别设计政府主导型、示范指导型和综合普及型等TRIZ理论推广模式及其实施策略,为黑龙江省及各省市推广TRIZ理论提供决策依据和参考。 In the process of the development of innovation-oriented country, extension pattern and implementing strategy of TRIZ theory, which had been selected as an innovation method, have received great attention of provincial and municipal governments. Taking Heilongjiang province for example, which is one of the first national pilot provinces, this paper first thoroughly analyzes its process of TRIZ theory promotion and the relevant experience, and then designs the strategic plan for the theory promotion. And according to the different strategic stages, the paper respectively designs various TRIZ theory extension patterns such as the government-led promotion type, model-guided promotion type, comprehensive universal promotion type and so on, and then puts forward the corresponding implementing strategy. The purpose of the paper is to provide the decision-making reference for the governments of Heilongjiang and other provinces.
