对我国农业综合生产能力的基本评价

Evaluation of Agricultural Comprehensive Productivity of China

农业综合生产的内涵已远远超出传统意义上农业投入与产出的范畴,是一个涵盖种植业、畜牧业、渔业、林业和涉农相关产业的综合体。对农业综合生产能力进行客观、准确的评价是研究我国农业的一个重要问题,而这一问题的基础在于把农业综合生产能力这一抽象概念具体化。本文在以往研究的成果上提出了评价我国农业综合生产能力的三级指标体系,并用层次分析法(AHP)赋予各个指标权重,从纵向评价了1995—2008年全国农业综合生产能力,从横向评价了2007年全国31省(市)的农业综合生产能力,得出了一些有益的结论和建议。

Beyond its traditional counterpart such as productivity or input-output, the meaning of agricultural comprehensive productivity （ACP） includes farming, forestry,, animal husbandry, and fishery. How to＇ evaluate ACP objectively and accurately is an important problem in studying Chinese agriculture. In this paper, authors set a tree-level index system, in which indices＇ weight coefficient came from analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, and use it to evaluate ACP of China from 1995-2007 and ACP of 31 provinces in 2007.
