摘要
介绍了陶瓷过滤片在低压铸造铝合金汽车轮中的应用,详细说明了陶瓷过滤片在应用过程中存在的问题与解决措施。生产实践证明:采用陶瓷过滤片工艺对降低低压轮夹渣,漏气缺陷有明显效果。
The application of ceramic foam filter（CFF）in low pressure casting of aluminum alloy wheel is reviewed.The esisting problems and measurement are introduced.The production practice proves the ceramic foam filter have obviousle effect decrease the inclusion of low pressure wheel and air leakage defect.
