Caroli病CT诊断价值探讨

Investigating the diagnosis of Caroli disease by CT

目的 探讨Caroli病的CT表现及诊断价值.方法 对4例Caroli病的临床及CT资料进行回顾性分析.结果 本组4例Caroli病CT均显示肝内胆管呈节段性扩张,表现为多发、大小不等囊状/柱状影,3例显示蝌蚪征,3例显示中心点征;本组1例属Ⅰ型,伴有肝内胆管结石,无合并肝硬化及门脉高压征象.3例属Ⅱ型,合并肝硬化及门脉高压征,均无肝内胆管结石;2例合并双侧海绵肾,均为Ⅱ型.结论 CT能对Caroli病做出明确诊断.

Objective To study the CT manifestation and diagnostic value in caroli disease. Methods Clinical and CT findings in 4 cases of Caroli disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results The imaging paremeters of Caroli disease were multiple saccular/columnar dilatation of intrahepatic biliary ducts,the＂ tadpole sign＂ could be found in 3 cases and the＂ central dot sign＂ in 2 case. Of 4 patients, 1 cases were type I of Caroli disease with hepatolith, but without hepatic cirrhosis and portal hypertension ;3 cases were type II , all complicatedwith hepatic cirrhosis and portal hypertension,but without hepatolith. Of 4 patients,2 cases had bilateral sponge kidney. Conclusion CT is a valuable method to establish the diagnosis.
