摘要
通过实验辨识方法得到了树脂槽热过程数学模型,在此基础上进行了PID调节器参数设计。通过理论计算和实验的对比分析说明了辨识和设计是成功的,达到了工程实用精度。文中还对Ziegler-Nichols整定方法和基于IATE准则的最优整定方法做了对比分析,说明后一种方法应用于树脂槽温度控制较为合适。
The mathematical model of the resin trouph temperature feature is obtained by the method of experimental identification and the parameters of PID regulator are also designed in this paper. The identification and design are verified to be successful by comparing calculating results with experimental results. It is concluded that the optimum tuning method based on IATE criterion is suitable for the process of resin temperature control.
