摘要
面向装配的设计(DFA)是并行工程的一个重要子集,它在设计阶段就考虑到装配过程的约束,以保证设计的产品具有良好的结构,能高效地进行装配,本文分析了DFA对产品建模的要求,提出了产品功能模型(包括功能关系模型和功能-零件配置模型),给出了功能模型的图和谓词逻辑的建模方法,最后以一实际产品的组建为例,说明了功能模型在DFA中的应用。
Design For Assembly (DFA) is an important subset of conscurrent engineering. It involves the assembly process constrains while designing . Nowadays, many efforts are focusing on developing DFA expert system integrated with CAD.To satisfy the information requirements of such a DFA expert system,this paper puts forward DFA oriented Function Relation Model(FRM), FRM emphasizes on the principles of function classification, function function relation(FFR,represented by FFR graph G F and Logic Predicate Representation)and function component deployment relation(FCR,represented by semantic graph G P).A real product is used as an example to show how to apply this model in a DFA expert system.
