摘要
利用自行研制的边界元程序,研究制造瓦楞纸箱的主要部件——瓦楞辊的刚度及其变形问题,并且得出了一些非常有用的结论,提出了对瓦楞辊的中高度这一国家建议标准的修改意见,为瓦楞辊的动力学研究奠定了坚实的基础。
Through the use of Boundary Element Method program that is programmed by ourselves, the rigidity and centerheight of the corrugating roller, which is the main component in making the corrugating paper production line, have been studied. Furthermore, the proposal concerned the national standard is presented. This study has provided the basis for studying the corrugating roller dynamic properties. The new conception of ‘conditional rigidity(or constrain rigidity)’ is also presented.
