摘要
培养医学创新人才是迎接知识经济挑战、适应现代医学模式转变的必然选择,也是当前医学教育教学改革的重点和热点。然而,我国医学人才培养大多仍沿用传统的医学教学模式,医学生的创新意识和创新能力存在明显不足。因此,应更新教育观念,深化课程与教学改革,加强创新型教师队伍建设,大力培养具有较强创新精神和实践能力的医学创新人才。
Cultivation of innovative medical talents is not only the inevitable choice in facing the challenges of the knowledge-based economy and adapting to medical model transformation, but also a focus of medical edu- cation and teaching reform. However, the traditional teaching mode is still used in the training of medical tal- ents, and medical students lack awareness of creativity and creative ability. Therefore, it is necessary to renew the educational concept, deepen curricular and teaching reform, enhance teachers＇ innovative quality, train medical students with strong innovative spirit and practical ability.
