医学实习生执业法律素质的培养

Cultivation of Medical Interns' Professional Law Quality

随着医疗形势的变化,各种医疗法规的出台,培养具有法律意识的全面型医学人才日益受到重视。但是根据调查,目前医学院校对医学生执业法律知识教育明显滞后于医学专业知识的教育,进入临床的医学生在临床实习中缺乏必要的执业法律知识,并容易引发医疗纠纷。因此,在临床实习过程中,带教老师应引导医学生学习相关法律法规,注意理论联系实际,采用案例讨论、讲座等形式,加强医学生执业法律素质培养。

With the changes in medical situation and the issuing of medical laws and regulations, training well- rounded medical talents with law awareness has received increasing attention. However, according to surveys, the current medical law education for medical students has lagged far behind that in medical expertise. Interns in clinical practice lack the necessary legal knowledge and are prone to medical disputes. In the course of clin- ical practice, teachers should not only guide medical students to learn medical laws and regulations, but also pay attention to integrating theory with practice, using case discussions and lectures to enhance the cultivation of interns＇ professional law quality.
