样品处理方法对毛细管电泳分离珠蛋白肽链的影响

Influence of sample prepartion on the separation of globin chains by capillary electrophoresis.

为了提高毛细管电泳分离珠蛋白肽链的效果，对４种不同的样品处理方法进行了比较研究。结果表明，直接采用血红蛋白水溶液作为电泳测试样品，不仅分离珠蛋白肽链的效果良好，而且省去了珠蛋白肽链制备步骤，同时还节省了样品缓冲液。

In order to improre the separation of globin chains by capillary electrophoresis, four different sample preparation method were compalatively studied. The experimental resuslts demonstrate that using hemoglobin water solution as sample directly can ob tain the best separation, and can omit the step of preparing globin chains and save the use of buffer solution.
