影响恢复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性的原因及对策探讨

Reasons for Affecting the Willingness of the Psychosis Sufferers in Recovery to Take Medicines and Approaches to Deal with the Situation

目的调查影响恢复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性的原因,并提出防范对策。方法用自制调查表对我院近两年的恢复期精神分裂症患者1016例进行调查。结果影响恢复期精神分裂症患者的服药依从性的主要原因有：①认为病已痊愈,不需要再服药;②因服药后的不良反应而不愿服药;③害怕长期服药后会引起内脏损害、长胖或变傻;④害怕因长期服药,让他人知道自己患有精神疾病而被歧视;⑤不承认自己有病而拒绝服药;⑥经济困难。结论根据影响恢复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性特点,采取以下防范对策：①有的放矢,耐心细致地做好解释工作;②针对性地做好健康教育宣传;③发挥家庭和社会支持系统的作用。

Objective To investigate the reasons for affecting the willingness of the Psychosis sufferers in recovery to take medicines and to find ways out. Methods To take surveys on the 116 Psychosis sufferers in our hospital in recent two years through self-making investigation forms.Results The reasons for affecting the patients in recovery are as following： （1） They believe they are fully recovered and medicines are no longer needed. （2）They do not want to affect their normal life, being afraid of adverse reactions after taking medicines.（3）They worry about hurting mternal organs and beloing fatty or dull after taking medicines for long .（4）They fear to be discriminated by others around.（5）They had no insight into their diseases.（6） They have economic difficult in treating disease. Conclusion Accordingly to the special features, we take these ways against the situation. （1）Advise them to continue taking medicines by explaing to them patlenty, （2）To take good health education plan. （3）To win support from families and society.
