The waste gas analysis and control system is a main apparatus of rotary kiln in aluminum plant for controlling technological parameters and preventing explosion of dust remover. This paper describes the construction and applications of model CRM auto matic waste gas analysis and control systems. The water scrubbing as samping method is discussed emphatically and its feasibility is verified. This apparatus is able to run reliably under bad working conditions and has the advantage of low cost.
