摘要
基于硫酸介质中,柠檬酸能活化钒(V)催化溴酸钾氧化藏红T,使其荧光猝灭,建立了一种动力学荧光猝灭测定柠檬酸的新方法。方法检出限为 2.9 × 10~-6mol/L,线性范围为 2.0 × 10~-5~ 1.2 × 10~-4mol/L。用该法测定汽水中柠檬酸,结果令人满意。
A kinetic fluorescence quenching method for the determination of citric acid is established. The method is based on the acti vation effect of citric acid on vanadium (V) as catalyst of KBrO_3 to oxidize safranin T in solution of sulfuric acid. The detection limit is 2.9 × 10^-6 mol/L and the range of linearity is 2.0 × 10^-5 ~ 1 .2 × 10^-4mol/L. The method has been used for determining citric acid in beverage satisfactorily.
